Swedish Meatballs: https://www.thereciperebel.com/slow-cooker-swedish-meatballs/
Tuscan Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, sliced ( season with garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper)
1/3 jar alfredo sauce
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped
1 tsp italian seasoning
Cook for 3-4 on high and add 2 cup of spinach until wilted. Serve over rice or pasta.
Sausage and Potato Casserole:
3 cups sliced and peeled potatoes
1- 1.5 pounds sausage
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Mix together and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8. Top with shredded cheese and let melt before serving.
Chicken Taco Chili:
2 chicken breasts
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 can chili beans
28oz petite diced tomatoes
16oz tomato sauce
1 packet taco seasoning
1 TBSP chili powder
garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream
