I came across a Vegan Creme Brûlée recipe that used Just Egg and Coconut Cream! When I tried it my mind was blown and I know I had to try others! I figured If we could make a custard like dessert why not make a vegan custard ice cream using Just Egg and coconut cream! WOW but then the internet surprised me again with the coconut milk brownies….sooo why not. Vegan Brownies using JUST egg and coconut milk! haha unBELIEVABLE. SO then I had to try those viral chocolate chip Cookies from my friend @Emma’s Goodies HUGE VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES using again just egg… no coconut hahah I surprised you on the last one… but I used the Miyoko vegan butter and WOW was that amazing!
