2 tbsp non dairy milk
splash of vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Chocolate half:
1/4 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp non dairy milk
splash of vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
CUPCAKE PANCAKES:
1 cup vegan cake mix
1/4 cup flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup non dairy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp neutral tasting oil
