Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– 1/3 cup milk (even plant based milk works)
– 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– a pinch of salt
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
– dark chocolate, 85% cocoa (1.5 squares)
Bake for 20 min at 350F/ 180C and then 2 min more with the chocolate on the top.
