Base ingredients:
3 zucchinis
3 eggs
3 to 5 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilli
Paprika
Toppings:
Basil
Bacon
Cheese
Rocket
Pesto

Smoked Salmon egg cups:
6 eggs
Fetta
Smoked salmon
Lemon
Garlic
Parsley
Chives
Rocket
Avocado

Kale chips:
Kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Salt

Snacks:
Harvest snaps
Carmens greek yoghurt protein bar
Pana organic hazelnut chocolate spread
