½ c water
¼ c chia seeds
Squeeze of a lemon
1 t vanilla
¼ c Swerve or sweetener of choice
½ c strawberries
Pinch of salt
Blend ingredients together for instant chia pudding or let sit overnight for overnight keto chia pudding!
