KETO CHIA PUDDING – Easy Keto Breakfast to meal prep

Keto chia pudding is an easy recipe for your keto breakfast. It’s great if you are big on keto meal prep too! You can make it in minutes! This low carb recipe combines fresh strawberries and cream, but you can substitute the cream for coconut cream or any nut milk you choose. I like to blend mine because it makes instant keto pudding but you can just put all the ingredients in a mason jar and let it soak overnight to make overnight chia pudding.

This is one keto recipe you should get on board with, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to cook something. I take keto chia pudding with us when we go camping. It’s the perfect easy breakfast or dessert for keto camping.

Makes 4 servings.
½ c heavy cream or nut milk
½ c water
¼ c chia seeds
Squeeze of a lemon
1 t vanilla
¼ c Swerve or sweetener of choice
½ c strawberries
Pinch of salt

Blend ingredients together for instant chia pudding or let sit overnight for overnight keto chia pudding!
