You have never eaten such delicious eggs❗ Simple and healthy breakfast

Put 4 eggs to a pot
Add 600ml water to the pot
Add a pinch of salt
Boil for 8-10 minutes on medium heat
Put the boiled eggs in ice water
Peel the shell off of the eggs
Place the eggs on a chopping board
Slice the eggs in half
Medium heat
Olive oil
50g chopped onion to the pan
40g chopped carrots to the pan
40g chopped celery
40g chopped green pepper
30g chopped red pepper
salt and black pepper
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Crack 1 egg in a bowl
Add 100ml vegetable or chicken broth to the bowl
Mix well
Add salt and black pepper
¼ cup all purpose flour
Mix well
Place the halves of egg in the pan
Sprinkle 20g green onion in the pan
Salt, black pepper and paprika
80g mozzarella cheese
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Done!
