To make the ice cream just mix 1 cup of heavy cream with 2-3 tbsp powdered sweetener, 1 tsp vanilla extract and ¼ tsp xanthan gum (optional). Combine with an immersion blender and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every 40 minutes and it’s that easy!
Once your ice cream is ready, take your keto-friendly :ratio Soft Baked Chocolate Chunk Cookies, crumble them on top and enjoy!
